These Effective Exercises Help You Tighten Your Butt and Tone Abs

If you want to change your body, lose your extra weight, tighten your butt and tone your abs, then this is an ideal article for you. 1. Walking Lunges

Start the exercises standing with your feet shoulder-width apart and your hands on your hips. Then step forward with one leg and flex your knees until your rear knee nearly touches the floor. After that, bring your body back. Switch legs and Repeat it 20 times.

2. Standing Crunches

Your starting position should be standing with feet shoulder width apart and hands on your hips. Then tilt your pelvis forward as if you are trying to bring your belly button to your spine and your hips up to your chest. After that, bring your pelvis back in the starting position. Do several repetitions.

3. Arnold Dumbbell Press

Start with sitting position and dumbbells in your hands lifted in front of you about chest level. Then raise the dumbbells until your arms are extended above you in straight arm position. Hold this pose for several seconds and finally lower your hands down. Repeat the exercise 10 times.

4. Narrow Squat with Back Kick

Start standing with your hands on your hips and bent your knees, so your thighs are parallel to the ground. Then lift your body back and lift the left leg behind you for a back kick. You should lower the foot back to the floor in a narrow squat position. Repeat it 10 times with both legs.

5. Dead Bug

Great exercises for toned abs. You need to lay on your back with knees bent. Your arms and knees should be pointed up to the ceiling. Lower your left arm back over your head and your right foot down to the floor. After that, bring them back up. Repeat the exercise with opposite arm and foot. Do this exercise 10 times with both sides.

These are really easy and extremely efficient exercises. Every one of us can do them. You just need to motivate yourself and start the workout plan immediately. After that, everything is going to change. You will finally be satisfied with your body shape.
